Logistics & Project Management
Mission
To facilitate fulfilling visions and goals of country coordinators, departments, and/or other agencies by providing insight, support, and resources in areas of aid distribution, field logistics, volunteer team management, and coordination with outside agencies.
Goals
To serve as a bridge between departments for consistency in fulfilling long term vision and goals.
To provide direction and support to rapid response teams in disaster relief and new project start-ups.
To manage development and dispersal of short term and volunteer teams.
To uphold necessary protocol and communications for work with outside agencies and/or governments.
